Dear Intercare community,

We are thrilled to celebrate our 33rd anniversary of providing health and wellness services to our communities.

It has been an incredible journey, made possible by the trust you have placed in us. Every week at Intercare fills me with stories of patients being helped and healed through our health programs.

Recently, I saw a man in his 70s who was undergoing kidney dialysis three times a week due to complications from diabetes. He had also undergone a quadruple bypass just two months before his visit.

Supported by a private nurse, he moved slowly with a cane from the reception to my consultation room.

After his adjustment, he left my room ahead of his caregiver, leaving his cane behind. His face reflected a renewed sense of hope that he would regain his mobility and that his chronic aches and pains would disappear.

The evening before his second visit, he turned to his wife and said, “I am so excited to see Dr. Camara at Intercare tomorrow.”
He has inspired me to practice for another 30+ years and beyond.
