Home Therapy includes a percussive device (also known as a massage gun), which is a powerful tool when used properly. For that very reason, we have created educational videos explaining our Chiropractor-developed scientific protocols for you to do at home that can make your muscles, fascia, and spine function better.

Thrive is both a product and an educational ecosystem that is designed to help our community learn how to care for themselves better. It’s a natural extension of what we do at Intercare which you may think of as “AFTERCARE.” We want to give you the tools and mind state to get healthy and stay well.
