I was suffering from severe back pain when I had visited the clinic. I was given an evaluation by Dr. Roxanne who was amazing and extremely attentive. Then I had my final consult with Dr. Martin. He was precise and explained thoroughly what had been the issue. I have an excellent consult with him. I needed a medical certificate from the clinic but completely forgot to ask for one as I was in so much pain. The only disappointing thing I experienced was when I had called 3 days after to get a medical certificate the receptionist told me I need to pay an additional P300 for it. I have never experienced going to a clinic before and being charged for one. I’m deeply disappointed in this considering a consult with some pain therapy is 5k plus. Maybe this is something they should look into. My experience with the doctors was amazing and I would recommend them but the after care could be better.
